A beauty salon collective is a shared workspace where independent beauty professionals, such as hairstylists, makeup artists, and estheticians, rent chairs or booths within a single salon space. It allows professionals to operate independently while benefiting from a shared salon environment.

To rent a space, please reach out to us at 979-906-1075 to set up a tour.  Once you are ready to join the collective, we will guide you through the application and rental process. 

All of our renters will have access to the following shared community amenities:

• Break room with state-of-the-art full-size washer and dryer.
• Full-size fridge
• Complimentary drinks and snacks for clients in the lobby.
• Adequate parking for clients and stylists.
• Brand new tilting pedestal shampoo bowls. White bowls for true color determination. 
• Professional headshots included. Plus acrylic QR code linking clients to their web page.
• Keyless entry to their door. And keyless entry to the building for after-hours clients.

Other amenities vary based on Suite Rental agreements. Please contact us with questions. 

The Beauty Lab Studio will feature stylists on our website. Each individual stylist is responsible for their own booking and clientele.  You will get FREE headshots and qr codes for your room. We will also advertise you on the Beauty Lab social media accounts.
